  • The purpose of the WM Ecology Club is to promote ecology awareness, recycling awareness and how individuals can make a difference.

    Each year, over 25 students accumulated approximately 200 hours of recycling activities, which include: Wednesday recycling during homeroom & Enrichment, Saturday recycling for the county, Christmas tree pick-up, ditch clean-ups, and various other efforts. During the summer, 16 students that volunteer over 10 hours during the school year went on week long canoe trips to the Boundary Water Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCAW) during the summer.

Trip Eligibility

  •  camp fire next to a lake

    1) Minimum 8 of Ecology Club service hours during the previous school year.
    2) MSHSL eligible.
    3) At the time of trip sign up, paid a trip deposit.
