All student-athletes in grades 9-12 are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the strength training and conditioning opportunities offered during the summer and throughout the school year.
A fee for the summer program is assessed but the strength training room will be open to students during the school year at no charge. Coaches will provide both instruction and supervision.
