The Buildings and Grounds Department, which is staffed completely by district employees, provides custodial and maintenance care for over 400,000 square feet of building space.

Jeff Liestman, the district's Buildings and Grounds Director, serves as the district contact for all facilities-related issues. Each building also has a Building Head Custodian and night custodians.
