Dear Parents and Students:

Online registration for Fall Activities is now open. The online system allows you to complete the full registration and pay at your convenience.  Paper versions of athletic and fine arts registration will no longer be available or accepted; however, payments can still be made by cash or check if need be.  Watertown-Mayer Public Schools will not deny the opportunity for a student to participate on a team because of family financial hardship.  If you are not able to pay the full fee, please contact the Activities Director, Paul Szymanski, at 952-955-0607 or

Sports physicals will be the only paperless exception to the online registration process.  The MSHSL requires each district to have a signed copy of a MSHSL sports physical on file for every 7-12 grade athlete.  Athletic physicals are valid for 3 years.  If you would like to submit an updated sports physical, you can scan, fax, or drop off a copy to the Activities Office during office hours. You will also have the option to upload the physical via the registration website.  Students will not be considered registered until a valid copy is submitted to the Activities Office and the online registration is complete.

You can also purchase student, adult and family athletic passes through the new registration system.  You will pay by credit card and then pick up your pass in the high school office once they are ready.  Please print and bring your receipt with you in order to pick up the pass. 

Steps to Register for Fall Activities:

  1. Go to www.wmactivities.org
    1. Read and familiarize yourself with the home page (please note the tabs across the top of the page and additional printable documents available)
    2. Parents will login to the system using:

User Name = prefix of student school email (FirstName.LastName)
Password = student's lunch PIN

    1. If you have multiple children, you will be able to view all of them by using just one of the logins.
  1. Once familiar, click “Start Your Registration”.
  2. Registration must be complete before your student will be eligible to participate.
  3. You will be asked for doctor, dentist, and insurance information as part of the registration process - you may want to have the information with you when registering.

ImPACT Concussion Testing:
We will be baseline ImPACT testing all student athletes entering grades 7, 9, 11 this fall.  The testing will be in the high school in room #214.  Please arrive early.  The dates are:

Thursday, August 9th – 4:30 pm (Preferably 9th and 11th graders, and any 7th graders that cannot make the 8/27 date)
Thursday, August 9th – 5:30 pm (Preferably 9th and 11th graders) 
Monday, August 27th – 2:00 pm (Preferably 7th graders)

C.A.P Meeting

Watertown-Mayer Fall C.A.P. (Coach/Athlete/Parent) Meeting: Tuesday, August 21st @ 6:30 in the Watertown-Mayer Performing Arts Center (all fall athletes and parents of fall athletes are asked to attend this meeting, except 7/8 grade volleyball and football participants). Sport specific breakout sessions will be held after the AD’s presentation.
